2008 Camp registration now open!!

Please be certain to complete the entire registration process, which is comprised of three pages — this one, a medical information form, and the registration form itself.

Also, for underage registrants, there is a parental consent form. Your registration will not be processed until you have completed all required pages.

Payment may be sent by mail, or online via PayPal. Full details on both payment methods are available at the end of the registration process.

To begin, all participants must read and agree to the following rules and regulations:

Rules and Regulations

1. No weapons: No edged weapons, firearms, bows, crossbows, throwing stars.
2. No fireworks.
3. No pets.
4. No alcohol, illicit drugs, substances of abuse or mood altering substances.
5. No unauthorized soliciting.
6. No making of fires in unauthorized areas of the camp.
7. No lewd or licentious behavior.
8. No playing of loud music by radios, portable stereos or otherwise that will be disruptive to the smooth running of the camp and the events.
9. Appropriate conduct at all times. There will be no use of racial or sexual comments or jokes and no excessive use of profanity. Also there will be no excessive horseplay, pranks or practical jokes. No fighting or challenges against others.
10. Appropriate apparel is expected; participants are to wear shirts, pants and footwear appropriate for training.
11. Men are to wear a protective cup while training and women are advised that protective gear for the breast area may be necessary at times.
12. If a participant has to be asked to leave, no refund will be provided
13. Participants who damage any property will be held responsible and are expected to pay damages.

I have read and understand the above rules and regulations and hereby agree to abide by them. Note that we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen articles. Participants who violate rules will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
